OUR STORY
Established in 2014 Mandala Wellbeing (Retreat Wellness) was born of the idea of wanting to educate the community on building positive mental health and wellbeing through the practices of yoga, mindfulness and the arts.
In 2021 Mandala wellbeing evolved to incorporate Retreat Wellness in to its vision in response to global events that have compromised the wellbeing of the community.
Who are we?
We are a collective of highly experienced practitioners and teachers who have worked in the education and mental health sectors in school projects and national mental health programs in Australia. We are Yoga Alliance registered yoga and meditation teachers who are passionate about educating the community of benefits of wellbeing practices for mental health.

our mission is to build and restore the mental health and wellbeing of our community through creative and inspiring self care. wellness education is delivered through classes, educational seminars, restorative retreat based workshops and immersions.
Our aim is to build awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness to schools and community. We create opportunities for connection and to nurture the self through inspiring education and retreats based in the healing practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing and art therapy.
